Our Start

The Copperopolis Community Food Pantry (CCFP) has been serving families in Copperopolis since 2002. It is an all-volunteer organization run by a board of directors and funded entirely through donations. We are affiliated with Feeding America through The Resource Connection (TRC) food bank in San Andreas. Our mission is to provide food to any family in Copperopolis experiencing hardship.

 According to Feeding America statistics, one in four children in America goes to bed hungry. Each month, we serve between 30 and 60 families, assisting an average of more than 100 individuals in Copperopolis. Those we serve include seniors, children, female heads of household, military veterans, and individuals from all ethnic backgrounds.
